Thin Hexagon Nuts are available in metric sizes ranging from M1.6 up to M48. These components are metric coarse thread as standard, with Fine Pitch Thin Hexagon Nuts also available.
Applications
They are often used as lock nuts, where they are threaded up against a standardnut locking it in place or in any circumstance where a standard nut is too thick for an application, a hex jam nut can be a veryuseful alternative.
